for some reason I'm confused,does that bring me to 0 or +2

From my understanding, that would put your score at 0..

 

You bought the skein, so that is -2. But then you used it up so that's +2..

I have been hooking this week; however, I haven't used anything up... and I bought a skein for a project I'm working on... on a side note, I was hooking while my son was warming up at District Solo & Ensemble today, and using the "Russian join" to remove a knot in the yarn when another lady came over to see what I was doing - she seemed intrigued!  LOL  It was fun to share a new technique, and she said she was going to look it up when she got home... Anyway - my score for

I made a cap for my sweet hubby this week.  He's been wearing one I made several years ago but its now looking a little ragged.  He wore his new one yesterday to a sports card show.  I asked him if he got any compliments on his hat but he said no.  Doggone it.  I guess they talk cards instead of apparel at those shows.

This week I was working only on one project, a scarf for my sister
using the crocodile stitch. That's the second time I make that scarf my sister love the scarf and wanted one and I love that stitch so
didn't mind doing it again as birthday present. So I only have 5

I made another scarf today and rolled a skein into a ball...+1. My problem now is I have at least three projects going and don't really feel motivated to work on any of them. Maybe I'll start the other round baby blanket.
