Hi Ellie - The pattern is called the Wool Eater Blanket . No two that I have seen have turned out alike. different colors make such beautiful patterns. Have fun!

I rolled 3 skeins into balls today for +3 to start the week.

Yes, this happens to me, too! Since we both have Blackberrys and are generally busy on weekends, we don't bother with the computer all weekend and just use the Blackberrys. Unfortunately, though, it's not easy to post anything to Crochetville from them, which is why I try to put in my totals on Friday...

Well finished a skein of yarn this morning +2 for me so far this week

I'm suprised that only 10 skeins got me the shoot the moon award but it was well worth it for the nice baby yarn I got I'll be glad to keep score this week and already have used 2 of the 10 skeins for a WTD of +4:woo Congratulations to the medalists!:clap:clap:clap

I think you forgot my totals (only +5). This week I have a great total ! I used a small ball (+1) making pumpkin pins and gave 6 full skeins (+12) to my friend !! So far I have +13 . A lot of co-workers want Halloween stuff, so I'm making ghosts, spiders and pumpkins. I have to get more eyes, stuffing and pins. I'll try not to get more .

Worked on a shawl the last 2 nights, thanks to small skeins of trellis type yarn, I finished up 2 so far, and will probably get through one more tonight! Yeah small skeins, they are so good for a score boost...if not for the budget.

I've been really busy the last few days and haven't been able to post or to get much crocheting done. I did use up 2 skeins on the Monet Pineapple afghan. Other than that not much progress to report on anything. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll be able to do better. WTD +4,YTD +62 (10/01/2009)

Gonna post now, the damage has been done. Went to HL today, bought 10 skiens -20 . Did manage to use up one skien yesterday on Christmas +2 and roll one into a ball +1, so, so far this week I am -17. Maybe this will change by Saturday, even though I doubt it.
