I used up a skein while babysitting tonight.  So I am at a -2 so far.  Maybe I will be at a 0 by tomorrow.  Wait and see.

Posting my score early.  A lot to get done around here, and no one home to get in my way.  The boys are at a charity golf outing, and I have the house to myself.

Cancer Survivor's Day is tomorrow, June 1st.  Celebrate with those who have survived, and remember those who have lost their fight. 

 

I am a 21 month Breast Cancer Survivor!  I will be celebrating with my friends and family tomorrow.

I haven't been here since the 17th. I cleaned out my closets/kitchen cabinets. I found a lot of good stuff for the church yard/craft sale. I found a bag of , balls/partial skeins and 11 skeins Sugar and Cream Cotton. I untangled the balls and rolled 4 skeins (+ 4). Ended up with 18 balls. Decided to   for the church sale. I made 10 potholders and 8 purses. Used 10 balls (+10) and 10 skeins cotton (+20). Just when I thought I was getting my stash down (and a great score), 5 skeins of turned up at my door (-10) . I  sent 4 to the church sale (+8).  4 + 10 + 20  - 10 + 8 = 32 . My biggest score in a long time (this year ).

This week I have been working on my ripple blanket and also making scarves out of leftover chunky yarn.
