Touch of Spring doily

I've had some yarn projects that have been monopolizing my crochet time, and I was yearning for some delicate thread and pretty spring colors. I picked a quick project, used size 20 white thread (I think), a 1.25mm hook, and added some pink and yellow sewing thread (a gift from a swap partner in India), and...here you go. It's about 8 inches across

 

 

This is a very close shot to show you how the sewing thread looks with the crochet thread. My size 20 thread looks like rope...
