Way to go Amanda! I was working on that pattern but since I fell and broke my wrist, all my WIPS are on hold for 6 weeks! I am glad that I still can check on everyone's progress....typing definitely has gotten harder for me

Mel- what did you do, fall on the snow or ice ? Have you guys had a lot of the winter weather out that way ? It's been nice here, but we do have snow today- about an inch or 2 .

Hope your wrist heals soon, this will be rough trying to go without crocheting .

Finally I have a little contribution and this is my first completed CAL project ever The first of many I would suppose! I did this little coaster based on a pattern someone else posted..maybe Julie? It's a bit wavy on the edges, so I suppose I should press it or something? Either way I really am proud of it and love the pink/black combination. I'd like to start doing more squares to save and later put them in an afghan.

I bet it could. You could make 2 or 3 of them or more (depending on how wide you want it) then sew them together. It shouldn't be too hard to do.

Wow that scarf is nice. And I love the hearts around doily, Suzy. Awesome.

 

This is my first attempt at a secret-keeper. Uhm yeah, I tried to modify an arugumi pattern (from crochetme) but having never done these, I'm not too happy.

 

Technically he's missing some HUGE ears (huge ears, no mouth = secret-keeper ;P) but I'm just not sure. I'll probably go back to that first pattern.

 

Is it me or is V-day coming too fast??
