I do like the accountability that this thread gives us. Sometimes, that clearance yarn looks mighty tempting, but then I remember how well I am doing that week, and can have the power to walk away. It does happen.

Darn Black Friday sales. Bought cookie cutters, a pattern book, and two skeins of purple Impeccable yarn at Michael's with a 25% coupon. I'm just lucky more yarn didn't hop in the cart.

 

But my sil and I had a great time, checking out the store, and buying what we wanted. Lots of fun, and then went for a good breakfast. Great time!

Needed a break from concentratin on my cross stich, so used up a ball and made 18 country blue granny squares. Don't know what I am going to do with them yet, but something will come up. That gives me WTD +1, YTD +5

I haven't been here in 10 days . I have been working extra hours at the market. People tend to go food crazy just before a holiday. I got some in though. I finished all the I needed, and started on pins, and penguins. I used up 1 skein, 1 ball and rolled a skein down (+4) . Now I'm going to Michaels for some buttons, eyes and pins. I could use more green too. I'll try to only get 1 skein .
