Changing my score......my SIL brought me over a box of yarn she got from someone at work (9 skeins - mostly never used). Love Love Love my SIL!!! I can see some hats/scarves being made for the reservation. Woo Hoo!!

Okay, I'm a day late and a dollar short, but what with all the festivities, I forgot to post...

 

Santa and the little elves were VERY good to me this year, yarn-wise. I got SEVERAL yarn kits from Mary Maxim. I'm thrilled, because one is that big pink granny afghan kit, which I'm going to make for a friend for her birthday. I also got a crochet sweater yarn kit (so hard to find a good crochet sweater pattern).

 

Anyway, the total skein count is 38, so my new score is:

 

Stashbuster Total: WTD -76 YTD -108

Don't know why you are ashamed. You must have been a VERY good girl, if Santa and all his elves gave you so much yarn. I was a good girl, but not that good. My skein count under the tree was 28.

Yea! It was a concerted effort not to buy yarn this year, let me tell you! And this was my best year in the three years I've played in the stashbusting CAL. I'm taking next year off, because my duties as swap moderator need my attention right now, but I'll be cheering everyone on in 2011!

 

And without you to report to, I may have to stash bust in 2012 as I go berserk buying yarn...
