Aww thanks everyone It's amazing how creative one can get laid up at home with a sprained ankle and a stash that needs BUSTING!! I didn't but any new yarn for those hats!

To answer a few questions:

1. The zebra was done in double crochet, just alternating colours and a shell stitch around the bottom. Then I ironed on a zebra motif I got at the craft shop.

2. I am making these hats for preemie babies, children and adults with cancer. And I think the hospital may just keep them on hand for any little kiddos who need some cheering up too!
