Here's a pic some have been waiting for!! I finally designed a shawl that goes with my Garcelle Christening dress, and for my test of the pattern, I made a lightweight scarf out of it.

It was made in Aunt Lydia's Number 10 in ecru, with a No. 9 steel hook. The pattern is in "test mode", so it will be available soon on my website!

I am going to have to cut back on reading this site, or just increase my will power. I want to make everything I see. I saw this pretty scarf and thought it would be perfect for an aunt in WVa who is not felling to well. I will watch for your published instructions, and put it on my growing list.

I recently got hold of that stitch pattern and made a swatch of it (but I already submitted the swatch and did not take a photo). I also thought it would make a pretty shawl, but the one who gave me the pattern wanted me to design a top.
