Hi Miss Cara. Do you have any plans for all of that beautiful yarn? I must act surprised tomorrow when I get my HL gift card from Dad. Can't wait!

 

Don't know yet. Some of it is a very nice purple that would match my coat well so a scarf might be in order. Not that we necessarily need scarves around here but they look nice added to the coat. And come next month I might actually need the coat Yes my coat is a purple swing coat on my short fat little frame. Look like a big old grape coming at ya :lol

 

Just act excited it passes for surprised just as well

Renee...it's so hard watching your furbaby go through such stuff...but know that Kitsu is happy in the moment...he isn't worried and is enjoying being spoiled. I know it hurts....:hug

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts. Right now, Kitsu is doing okay, and yes, I think he is enjoying being really spoiled. As long as he doesn't get too excited, he's pretty comfy. But he's young and goofy, so it doesn't take much for him to get excited, and then he coughs a little. All I can do with him is take it day by day, I know. I just had to go smooch him - he's asleep on my bed, curled up with his best buddy Sam, so of course I had to smooch them both. I'm lucky because Kitsu is so easy to medicate (seriously, those of you with cats know, all I do is pop open his mouth and pop in the piils and he swallows them).

 

It was really cold last night (it was 29, and I didn't run the heater last night, so it was 64 in my apartment when I woke up this morning). I'm watching my soap right now, then I'm going for a walk. After, I have to go buy one last gift, and it'll be a madhouse, so I'm not looking forward to it.

Hi ladies. DH just left to take MIL home after an early supper. She is doing really well for her 92 years and being so ill last Spring/Summer. Tomorrow, everyone will be at my parents for the day.

Just in case I don't get to check in tomorrow morning, I wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas.

Christmas is nice & all but i'm sure glad it's over. Time to get back to normal. I have some things I want to crochet & a book I really want to read (I ordered it from the library 2 weeks ago & picked it up yet it's been sitting). I'm just glad the kids have things to occupy there time & the rush is over. I hope you all got everything you wanted & had great family fun days.

A belated Merry Christmas to everyone :manyheart. It has been a very busy season. I haven't forgotten any of you. I miss you all . I picked up a wicked case of bronchitis and on top of working I have hardly been on line at all. Also, I have actually been spending more time , and less time on the computer. Cara, I'm still working on my quilts but makeing slow progress. I hope things will slow down and I can spend more time with you all.
