Inspiration for this came from this bag. Though not many liked it:no , I thought it was cool:yes , esp for moms with lots of baby stuff to carry.I have written down the pattern:blush , which alongwith more pics is at my blog

You did a great job doing this bag! wow. I found the post with the picture and thought, hmm, that is doable and now I don't have to design it! I wonder if I could do it in one strand of yarn and make it a bit smaller. Hmm.. I know 3 strands would make it very sturdy and work great for a baby bag, but I don't need it...
