Drops Shawl

My Spring Swap partner requested a shawl and she likes medium blue. I found this Incredible Ribbon yarn and am using a Drops pattern. This is my VERY FIRST time adding beads to a project --- I broke 4 out of the 5 threading needles getting them onto the bulky ribbon but I did it!! I really hope she likes it. My hubby thinks it's very pretty.

It is really lovely, tell me did you have any problems with the Drops Design pattern?? They have the greatest patterns but their instructions are not so clear....good work//////:cheer

Gorgeous!!! Can you share the pattern you used? I have some of that ribbon yarn and couldn't decide what to make with it but this looks like a great item.

That came out great! I have made that pattern and it works up really nice, once you get the hang of it (or maybe I'm just slow???)

 

I actually have 8 skeins of Incredible Yarn that I purchased for another project but didn't like how it was working up. I think I'll try to use it in that pattern.
