Very nice! You picked a more advanced pattern to start with -- well done! I was in the Single and double crochet mode for quite a while until I found it was not all that much more difficult to venture into more intricate patterns.

On to the next project, my first afghan. Then I may make a few more holders for Christmas gifts. I use reusable bags most of the time, but having a few plastic ones laying around can be handy
