My First Doily's

I thought I'd share some pics of my first Doily's. I am just 'Hooked" on pineapples. The second one is rose color, the others are white. This was before the wide range of colors that is available now. I'll be making many more in COLOR!! My new house needs some pineapples.

Your kind words and encouragement mean a lot to me. I'm 38 and none of my friends use doily's. I was making one at a Baton lesson and our freinds son wanted to know what I was making and I said a doily. He was like 'What's that??' So I showed him a book of 'em and explained that you use them to protect furnature from getting marked up, BUT that after spending so much time making one I'd hate to have anyone place anything on it to mark up the doily. He just laughed and shook his head.
