Several months ago a coworker sent me a very nice ROAK, just requesting I "pay it forward". I just had to do something for her. It has taken a while, but here it is:

I work from home in NC; she works from home in TX.

The pattern is from MissMotleys on Etsy, big bottom square bag. This is the 2nd one I've made; I really like this pattern. The yellow is LB Cotton, the rest is mill ends I got from AC Moore. I used an H hook. It is 11"h x 8"w.

Thanks for all the nice comments! I posted the pic on my FaceBook, co-worker commented how much she liked, then received it in the mail! She just gushed! It's so nice when someone genuinly appreciates your work.

Beautiful! Does this use a special stitch? I like the texture of the bag. I also love the pattern the yarn made.

It's the texture, & how it decreases into the handles that I like. the body of the bag is 1SC & 1DC, skip a space, & repeat, basically.

Here's the link to but the pattern: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=37436736 With so many free patterns out there, I try not to buy many, but this one was well worth it!

Here's the link to the 1st bag I made w/ this pattern: http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=109470 It's made w/ P&C double WW, I absolutly love this one; had to make the beginning CH shorter because of the bulky yarn.
