Look what I found!

I found this crochet kit at the local Goodwill!

 

 

It is called a "Soft Waves Afghan", but it doesn't look like any wave pattern I'm used to. The kit included all of the yarn needed but the color pattern has a navy blue added. It still had the original packaging (plastic and all) so I guess someone bought it with the best intentions. Sounds like most of my yarn stash! It looks pretty simple and I'm excited to start it. The yarn seems like it's in good condition even though the kit is from 1981! It's a soft 2-ply and the colors are nice. I hope it turns out well, if not it only cost $1.

Wow what a bargain, a third the price of just the minimum the pattern would cost! Can't wait to see it finished....lets hope you have more than the best of intentions lol.
