blue shawl

I just finished this shawl today. It is just like the one I made for my SD's graduation last month. It is huge, and even looks good tied at the waist. It is from this book:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11798&item=8197967888&rd=1

My daughter is modelling it, but it easily fits up to a size 2X

thank you everyone. The yarn is from an old sweater that I took apart. It is worsted weight chenille. the pattern book is great and has a few good things, for sure.

You should, Deneen. It takes hardly any yarn, and it looks so nice. It is mindless to do, too. A good travelling project or tv project. It looks different just by changing the yarn. I love the book, and think I might try one of the ponchos next.

Thanks everyone for the comments, I will relay them to Brittany too:manyheart
