  3. Thanks! I will use the idea as a guide to make things for the dolls. Do you have Toys R Us in Canada? I know they sell AG items, but I am not sure about the dolls.
  4. Thanks ladies - I got the pattern from e-patterns.com. Mine is not as long as the one in the picture, but I actually think it is better for me shorter. Or maybe she just has more of the shawl pulled to the front in the pattern. Anyway - here is the link. It was worth .99! http://www.e-patternscentral.com/crochet/detail.html?prod_id=64
  5. Dora looks lovely! How big is Dora? I am wondering if this would work for DDs American Girl dolls - they are 18 inches tall.
  6. Well, I have been MIA for awhile. This is a shawl I just finished for me. It is made from Homespun in Tudor.

  16. Well I am glad to know I am not the only one whose derby did come out to be a derby. Looks cute though - LOL about the baby Genghis comment.
  17. Cristin! I love your afghan - the colors are beautiful!
  18. Oh yes I know about hubbies - mine has put me on yarn probation until further notice! Yikes! The yarn I used is just regular ole RH worsted. I don't know why I can't get this one to work. Oh well.
  19. Thanks! It is very bright and warm! The girls are already making dibs on who gets it. I say that I get it!!!!
