krystal please count me in... i have a small ghan almost finished....was sstashbusting! it is in pastel colors, sort of baby colors, it would be good for the little one....we could send that to her if that would be alright....could probably have it finished by the end of next week. it needed a home and this would be a great place for it i think....just let me know.

Thank you, Krystal, for organizing the comfortghans. Of course I will make some squares today for Jess and the girls.

 

I've been getting to know Jess through the self-improvement thread that I started and my heart has really gone out to her in her efforts with the girls... how this could happen just defies logic.

Krystal- I don't think asking for them in a week is asking too much. Squares don't take that long. It's amazing what can be done in a short amount of time when there is someone in need.

Anyone have a cute pattern for an 8" square? My book is all 12" (yes I know I can adapt it).

 

I'd like to try and make some for her. I can't imagine the loss!! I'm definately praying for her.

I have a pattern for a 7" square on my blog - to make it 8" all you have to do is add an extra row.

 

The pattern's here if anybody's interested.
