You can purchase this group of patterns from her Etsy Store (all except the grapes, I found another pattern for the grapes - which I cannot find the link for right now, sorry!).

 

This is for a Secret Pal Swap that I am involved in off the 'Ville - She also loves birds, so I threw in KristieMN's duck and another pattern I found for a chubby bird ... plus some treats for her to munch on.
