Penguin

This baby penguin hatched rather quickly from my yarn stash of RH SS yarn. I did French knots for the eyes which worked out well and I saved a few cents. The pattern is from Lion Brand Yarn Company found on the web.

How cute!! It's funny how those "french knots" come in handy!! A few years ago, I was crocheting some teddy bears. I did not want to use any plastic eyes, etc., so I bought some "chunky" black yarn, it worked out great!!
