I finished Tiffany's Crossed Bucket Hat Saturday while watching coverage of Derby day. I used some tweed yarn she had given me (That just kinda worked out that way. That's what it told me it wanted to be)

I totally love that pattern and plan on making more. hehe

The yarn I used is Berroco Uxbridge Tweed (46% Acrylic, 33% Wool, 9% Polyester, 8% Cotton, 4% Nylon) color #1177 Indigo Tweed unfortunatly it's discontinued. Unfortunate because I really loved working with it. I have a couple skiens left in the salt and pepper and the granite so I have to wait for just the right project for it.

Pictures didn't do the color justice.

I really like that hat. I don't lookk good in hats, but there are some too cute ones here that I am going to have to make. I'll wear them to keep the sun out of my eyes...and just because they are so darn cute. And if I odn't look right...well, who cares??!!

It turned out gorgeous, Kari!! :) I'm so glad you used the tweed yarn on it too! I loved that yarn, I just couldn't decide on what to make with it so I'm so glad that it turned into something for you! :)
