WOOT! A Piggy Potholder!!!

And yup, I designed it myself! What do you think?

 

I am thinking about selling these at a local craft fair, do you think they would sell??? It is completely functional - it's made completely with cotton - no acrylic at all. It could be used just for decoration but I wanted something that would be able to be used.

Two other ideas you might consider (though I think your design is awesome!)

 

1. Could you make triangles for the ears?

2. The hanger - if you could make it "spiraly", it would look like a curly pig's tail!

OooH OOh OOOHHH!!! I need one of those! My MIL collects pigs. Last year I made her one of Kristie's pigs for her b-day and she loves it! (This year she and FIL are getting afghans for their birthdays though... but there's always Christmas!)

Too Cute! You did a good job but I do agree with Krystal about changing the ears and adding a spiral. Instead of the hanger maybe attach it to the bottom so it looks like his tail is hanging down.
