Adorable Addie (fairy)..TESTERS FOUND!! THANK YOU!

Good Afternoon!

 

Here is my newest fairy.

I am looking for 6-8 or so to test it for me. Please check out the supplies needed below.

 

You do not need to use the same colors as I did. Feel free to get creative!

 

Adorable Addie

The youngest and smallest of the 3 fairy sisters. She is only 7 inches tall!

Adorable Addie is a shy little fairy. She often is seen hiding behind her sisters wings. Once you get to know her though, you will see she has quite the personality!

 

 

General supplies:

Size F and E Crochet Hook

Small amounts of ww yarn, baby yarn,

Tapestry needle for sewing

Fiberfill

Small buttons for eyes (optional)

4 White pipe cleaner for arms, legs, and wings

Spiral doll hair. Optional: You can also use yarn for hair

Small sewing snap. (metal or plastic) for dress

Any embellishments you would like for wings, dress, and hair

Yarns used:

Red heart, soft white for doll body

Read heart, baby sport pompadour: lavendar, sweet dreams for the dress

Read heart, baby sport pompadour light pink for the wings

 

General terms

Sc-dec= single crochet decrease (decrease over 2 stitches)

Sc= single crochet

Hdc= half double crochet

Dc= double crochet

FO= finish off

Ch= chain

Slp stch=slip stitch

BLO = In Back Loops Only

YO = Yarn Over

O.k... now I have LOTS of testers!!

 

For the body, you use a size F hook.... I added that into the instructions now... also

when you do the BLO, (back loops only) it is only for that particular row only.

I finished testing today, thanks Kristie for letting me test! I posted a link to the picture in the Miscellaneous thread.

 

I didn't find any problems and she worked up really well for me!

Kristie, I just finished crocheting Adorable Addie, I'm sorry that it took me so long to finish. I had no problems with the instructions, they are well written. You did a really nice job designing her.
