Hi Ladies, hope everyone is doing well. I know everyones hooks are busy busy so i'm off to look thru patterns :-) The weather has cooled down here a bit in Arkansas so were happy for that. Husband and I retired down here five years ago but we didn't know we were going to turn into Lizards in the summer lolol . Have a great afternoon and I will check in later.

So sorry I have been MIA ladies. This cold had me knocked down more than I thought.... and of course still trying to get things done... getting kids still settled in at school... getting some crochet projects done that NEEDED to get done... tonight is going to be a busy night of getting things ready for our 3 hour drive to the State Fair. Patrick is in the Marching Band and they will perform at 11am. We'll hang out and enjoy the rest of the fair... then head home... So I'll get 6 hours of good crochet time tomorrow. Then Sunday its Church and a double header baseball game for Patrick. I'll get to do some crocheting at the games too!

So with being sick... and not being able to get too much crocheting done... I'll be able to make up for it this weekend.

 

Well... off to get a refill on my coffee and do a few things to get ready for tomorrow... and sneak a little crocheting in.

I'm making a little surprise for David... he bought himselff a Dwarf Hamster with his birthday money yesterday ... so I'm making the little cutie a little hut to hide in.

this is a Davids Birthday Blankie. A really sweet 'fellow crocheter' friend made the squares and I put them together.

I attached a picture of the items I made for the kitchen swap since my partner as received her package. Once I get the KISS dishcloth sent, I'll post a picture of that here, too. I hope everyone is having a good Monday. This is the first day of my vacation and I slept until 10:30! The cats didn't even wake me up to eat. They are such good babies.

I came in to post a few pictures of kitchen items I think

I only have one I can post, the others are either for the swaps, or I haven't finished tucking the ends, and so I don't have a picture of them yet, well I'll post the others soon Forgot to say I made this towel to replace an angel one that my dad wore out. couldn't find that pattern any where so I copied the bottom part best I could from looking at it, and then used the top from another pattern I found free on the web.
