Spring Shawl

I've just finished my latest shawl - it's a present for my mother's birthday.

I used my Eva's Shawl pattern again (pattern on my blog), this time using a very light laceweight yarn. This shawl only took about 50g.

That's very pretty. I have some silk yarn from the Spring Secret Pals swap and have been thinking of making this shawl. I got confused by some of the pattern though, do you take questions via email?

What yarn did you use, that is very pretty! Looks very light and summery!

Hello Michelle,

What a lovely shawl! I just adore the light and wispy look. Living in India it is difficult to make all those heavy patterns. This is something even I could use here. I shall give it a try in some sort of silky yarn that I have. Lets see though, as I have some WIP that need to get finished.
