Here are a couple pics of my 2nd ripple. Today is my Monday so it will have to be put on hold until this weekend as I work overnights and it's too big to carry back and forth with me now.

I put my largest laundry basket above it for size ref. :hook

I'm going to jump into this CAL if you will have me :D

I have a couple of ripples in the works, with more planned.

Here is the one I am working on right now. It is bigger than in this picture (about 3/4 done).

I've been distracted lately...too many other projects (such as making a video slide show for my sister's 50th birthday, taxes, etc.).

Here is the baby ripple I finished quite some time ago:

The center color (White Swirl) doesn't show up very good. I should have put it in between two stripes of blue...

I've started another ripple for a graduation present and I'll post a WIP photo later.

Everyone's ripples are just gorgeous. Great job everyone :clap:clap

I just finished my cotton ripple. I can't take a picture right now because my battery for the camera is dead. But I am covered up with it right now on the couch, and I love it. I need to make more in cotton.

Hi everyone! I'd love to join in here. I've started my very first afghan ever!! It's a free pattern from www.coatsandclark.com--"LT 1531 Crochet Ripple Baby Blanket".

I'm using RHSS in Bright Yellow, Hot Red, and Pumpkin to coordinate with RHSS Sunshine Print. It's very bright and cheery, and I'm loving the colors--kinda reminds me of a Tequila Sunrise...

Anyway, I'm very new to crochet--I finally taught myself to crochet left-handed in January after years of unsuccessful attempts. It's challenging and relaxing at the same time, but I'm really enjoying it.

If I can ever find my camera, I'll post a pic of the WIP. I'm only about 8 rows into it...

Everybody's projects look so great!!

Well, I've been crocheting instead of posting!

First afghan is for my husband's cousin and his wife. It is Red Heart Light & Lofty "Pheasant" and "Cafe' au lait".

This one is for a new friend's baby expected mid-May, made from my stash of RH Baby Clouds.

This was the latest completed, non-ripple and will be a high school graduation present. RH Light & Lofty "Puff". Get this: start to finish was only 5 days!!

However, I went strictly by the pattern and the afghan is a little smaller than I like. So next time, I'll make it larger.

Hi Everyone -

Haven't been here in few weeks as we have moved. As you can imagine I haven't had any time for crocheting (or sitting for that matter) but am hoping this weekend I can finally, once again, resume my ripple afghan I started back in the first days of April :cheer.

I won't be able to check on my groups as much as we are stuck with dial-up for a while :eek. Forgot how slow it is and so, it's just not as enjoyable to be on the computer right now. So I hope to get moving on my ripple (at least I know where it is now :think) and will post at least one pic next week.

Marie
