hippi chick purse

I did this for a swap here in the 'ville thought it turned out so cool! Thought it wa worth sharing! I use the leg of a old pair of blue jeans for the body of the purse, used stripped fabic for the flap ,thread for the flowers and the vine, and ric rac and thread for the edging on the bottom... also some beads and charms I added to the edging! It was a real fun project! Also I use my knifty knitter to make the handle of the purse in a chenile yarn!

Thanks everyone! I really did have fun doing this project. And yes i did sew the botton of the jean leg shut....but i did cut off the hem first because it was stained and frayed. Thank you again for all the complements!
