Easter dress I designed & made

I wanted to make my DD a wearable. Little did I know my venture to make my first wearable(other than a poncho) would turn out like this!! I must admit I am very proud of myself and she was thrilled:cheer

So, without further ado...............

I hope I'm not violating a rule with all these pics!! I just had to show them!!

Oh, and for under the skirt I bought a half slip and tacked it in place so it wouldn't be see-thru, and so the slip would stay up.

Oh, and that's my DD modeling. I also made a scrunchie to go with but neglected to get a pic of that. After all, is a scrunchie not a schrunchie?

It's actually a combination of several things I was inspired by. I will try to get my thoughts together and get it written down. I've never written a pattern so I will have to try REAL hard!!!
