Santa Pillow

[Mom w/a Motif]

This is a pattern from the Bernat site. It's free, but you have to be a member. (It's under "Home", if you type "Happy Holidays" in the search box..) I saw the kit in the Mary Maxim catalog, and wanted to buy it. But then I found out it is a free pattern (did a search on Ravelry.) The pattern is wrong. I did two increases every row on the white part, then two decreases every row on the red part. For the back of the pillow I just did regular sc's. (The eyes are felt.)

A friend made me a Santa deco one year in cross stitch or plastic canvas, can't remember which, but it was shaped like this pillow! Very cute!
