Christmas Presents

Since they don't come here I can show off the presents for David's kids. Scarves from Red Heart's Foxy for his DD (pink) and DIL(teal) and Hat in Kansas City Chiefs colors for DS.

And scarf (sandy color)for my BFF.

Scarves are just sc two strands held together. The pattern calls for three balls but I found two does just as well.

They are plenty thick. and soft (Although I bet are REALLY soft with three.) Oh and I used a "N" hook.

LOVE the hat in the KC colors..my brother in law would love that! I could make him one in those colors and hubby one in RAMS colors, lol Maybe next year..right now I'm booked!

As for the hat it was from here although I couldn't acces the actual pattern itself this morning it's called Cap in Single Crochet.

I was just going to do a strip of the yellow but hubby said do the rest in it . I intend on doing more next year for other teams as it's pretty easy.

Everyone loved theirs! I got the best compliment I have EVER gotten when David's daughter told him that her and her mom had to look over mine for a long time because they thought it was STORE BOUGHT!

The other scarves and presents were well recieved and I have several requests for more things. And offers to pay!

(hmmm I feel like a drug pusher)

All and all I'm pleased with how it went.
