Hooray! I found a CAL to join that fits my WIPs and that doesn't take 3 days to read 1 days' worth of posts!

I have only a few things on the list so far. I may add more things as I update my Christmas to-do list.

Hubby-- the Pac-Man characters (I found the patterns on a website but I forget where...if anybody is curious I can back track my websurfing) but I'm going to add a bow and make it Ms. Pac Man because that is the game that he grew up playing.

Sister-in-law--Hello Kitty purse or something else of the Hello Kitty theme

Nephew--teething toy fish (the goal is to make them machine-washable so my sister can keep them some-what sanitary and then he can have the fish to still play with when he gets older)

I copied this post from the other Christmas CAL that was listed as it seems no one is using it so I thought I'd come hang out with everyone else. I've made a bit of progress but still have a long way to go.

Okay so I wish I had started on Christmas earlier this year. Somehow it just snuck up on me with moving and everything else we've had going on. I am usually almost done by this time of year and I'm afraid that this year I'm going to be working up until the last day. Here is my ridiculous list...lucky for me I'm a pretty quick crocheter most of the time.

MY FAMILY:

Kitchen Sets for:

Kay (mom): Started

Debbie (aunt)

Donna (aunt)

Thelma (grandma)

Carla (aunt)

Tambra (cousin): Started

Doris (great Aunt): Started

Kim (sister): Started

Scarves:

Kay (mom): 2 Scarves--1 Completed

Debbie (aunt): Completed

Donna (aunt)

Carla (aunt)

Tambra (cousin)

Kim (sister) 2 Scarves-- Completed

Tiffany (cousin)

Anndrea (cousin)2 Scarves--1 Completed

Skulll Caps for:

Garrett (cousin)2 Completed

Aaron (sister's Fiancee)1 Completed

DH: 1 Completed

This is just the family I am close with and the paired down list b/c my mom's side drew names this year and its still this big of a list. And of course I still have to do stuff for my DH and DD. But I haven't even decided on patterns for that stuff yet. Thankfully dh's family is smaller and I only have to do:

3 Kitchen Sets: 1 Completed

9 Scarves: 6 Completed

And a couple sets of wrist warmers and a few other misc. things if I have time. Plus my DD's birthday is in Oct 26th, my mom's is Dec 4th and my grandma's is Dec 26th. And a good friend is having a baby in December. Oh and did I mention we're moving sometime in the next month back to Oklahoma?

Okay enough typing I better get my hook going again.

This is my progress so far. Not much I know. I also added one too.

1) blanket for step daughter I am really debating this one.

2) 3 christmas stockings (same pattern different ways so no one fights - in my dreams )

3) xmas blanket for xmas morning (put it together with all them square I have been getting) 1/2 way done. Need 30 more squares.

4) decorations (at least 3 for each boy)

5) blanket for my kids younger brother I am really debating this one too. His mom is a person who does not realize what it takes to make such things and will not let him use it.

6) something for my mom using crochetroos pig square

7) blanket for niece & nephew as their parents have np car & must ride the bus or walk everywhere.

Dee, here are pics of my first 2 dishcloth flowerpots. I think these come out sooo cute, but they are a wee bit labor-intensive.
