Chelle's Skirted Halter

Recommended Posts

I finished it! :clap:clap:clap

It came out way bigger than I thought it would, given that my DD is a size 4, but I am liking it.

She adores it:manyheart

After I finished this, I decided to get creative and whipped up a halter for my other DD. I tried to write the pattern as I worked, but that didn't go too well. I'll post that pic when my model is awake :lol

Thank y'all so much! Emily *is* such a Ham!

I love how she looks in yellow.

I couldn't get my youngest to model her new halter, but Emily graciously agreed to stand in!

Emily's quite a bit longer in the torso than Riley, so I'll have to add a few rows for hers to fit properly.

This one comes to Riley's belly button.

So precious!!!! The halters are great. I found that my first attempt at Chelles skirted halter was too big too. I assume it is the yarn I used. We don't have Carons' here, like the pattern called for, so I didn't know what to compare it with for thickness. I Used a Red Heart Kids yarn in bright green. It looks ok, but kind of chunky, and everyone else's look thinner.

Did you create the other halter? It is so cute.
