Field Flowers Runner: My newest design

Here is a picture of the runner I just finished.

I was in the mood to create something a bit different, so I thought I would try my hand a designing a runner. I wanted to create something fairly simple that would work up easy and quick. This is what I came up with. What it makes me think about is a field of yellow flowers.

It is done in a light yellow size 10 thread a friend sent me while I was recovering from my accident. I paired it with some sage green thread to create this runner. I used my trusty size 7/1.65mm hook on this one.

It measures 13 1/2 by 28 1/2 inches.

So what do you all think?

I am just amazed, as I always am, at your designs. I mentioned to someone the other day how intimidating it would be to be paired with you for the doily swap. But on the other hand, a chance to have one of your lovely unique creations....I think it would be worth the risk!!
