... it's a Bloody Big Bag!

I made this bag out of that plastic imitation raffia that's sold for packing, which probably makes it the cheapest item I've ever crocheted. It's very strong. Only thing is that because the material is so stiff, you can see a few ends because they were hard to weave in invisibly.

did it make your fingers hurt? I made a big bag from cut up plastic carrier bags, and it left me with a soar finger and thumb! thats one doozy of a bag there! clever you!

Can't remember whether I ended up with sore fingers, but I do remember that when I started out I was crocheting way too tightly for the material. As soon as I moved up a hook size and eased up on the tension, it was much better.

that's why I would do it in some kinda masculine color and make my hubby carry it.
