I want to show my very groovy hot pads!

All the same pattern, very easy and quick.

This is the pattern:

I did some changes and I found 1 error in it in the last round.

Groovy greetings

Thanks, the link to your blog allowed me to see pics there. They look great!! It's unusual to see someone choose such bright colours for something like a hotpad and I love the look it gives

Groovy is definitely the right word! Is it just me or does it always amaze you how different color choices can TOTALLY change the look of a pattern? I NEVER would have looked at that pattern and thought to use the colors like you did to come up with something so cool. They are awesome and you have a talent for putting colors together. I may have to pull out some of the cotton yarn in my stash and make one of those today and try it out. I bet even my picky sister-in-law who thinks crochet is old-fashioned and stupid might actually even like these! :yes

Hey Dortya...two questions...

1. Do you mind sharing what the error was in the pattern?

2. Did you make these single thickness or did you crochet a plain circle to back them with and double the thickness? Seems like that would help with the heat issue if they are actually used as hotpads...maybe???
