Two New Doilies

With Crochetville being down I got a lot of crocheting done during the day and here are the fruits of my labor!

 

 

This is Andrea from Patricia K's Simple Elegance. I made it in size 10 (yes, I do still work with that thick rope!) and the colors are a dusty rose from Flora and beige from DMC. It measures about 15 inches in diameter.

 

The second one is called Single Rose and is from a back issue of Magic Crochet. I don't know the issue number off hand. It's made in size 20 thread on a 1.00mm hook and measures about 11 inches in diameter. The colors are wood violet and sage green from Coats Opera crochet thread.

Update on my fair entries!

No results yet but I did get Tala and Svanhild entered. I just have to hurry up and wait until I go to the fair on my birthday to learn what the judges decided. (I always go on my birthday, that way if I take first it will be the best gift ever!)

Oh, my gosh. Absolutely stunning. Love love love your use of color. I need to start doing that. (Yeah, I can't do smaller than 10 either; I don't even try. Even my 79-year-old mother uses 20, but I can't!) Lovely work!

They are beautiful. If you do doilies that fast, you would need a 1,000 people to gift/sell to. Great job on all.
