Hi All,

Just stopped by here to give my intro. my name is Vims(shortened for Vimala) and I am from India. learnt to crochet and got hooked while I was in the US 3 years ago! I now teach crochet to anyone that is willing to learn. I have 2 kids son and daughter both of whom learnt to crochet . My daughter has kept at it and progressed beyond the chain and loves making purses . She will be turning 7 this July. I am married to the same guy for 11 years who is often grumpy but lets me be:bigsmile .

 

I too have decided to join the 63 squares cal as I brought back that book when I moved back , only I am going to work it in thread.

 

Looking forward to chatting and making lots of new friends.

Its already feeling nice and warm here:) I too am excited working the 63 squares in cal . Barbara I have a very close friend of mine also named barbara who currently lives in Rochester NY . I taught her to crochet too and she is currently the keeper of my yarn stash! She says that she wouldn't dream of disposing it and hopes that I would be returning in the near future to take it all back .
