My sister intoduced the tapestry crochet website to me back in the Spring of 2005. I've been hooked ever since. I own a few of Carol Ventura's books and I've also made a few designs of my own.

I did not create a pattern for this because the kitty motif is not my design. The motif came from here http://tapestrycrochet.com/KittyBag.htm

 

I created an oval base that had a stitch count of 120 stitches. That's enough for 12 kitties. I used RHSS and a 3.5MM/Size E hook

 

The finished size is 11x11x5.
