Hugs & Kisses Baby Afghan

I made this afghan for a friend who is expecting in May. I used Red Heart TLC Baby yarn. The pattern is Hugs & Kisses in the book "Blue Ribbon Afghans from America's State Fairs"

I think this is the pattern I made a few years ago for my niece!  I've been wanting to make it again and haven't been able to find my pattern.

 

Do you know which "Blue Ribbon Afghans from America's State Fairs" book it was?  I think there is more than one.
