OMG! Thanks for all the nice remarks! I have been computer-less for a little while...

 

I used Bernat Coordinates (Baby yarn from Michael's) in white. I think I used a K hook.

 

I wanted the lacy look so it was easy with the big hook and baby yarn.

 

The back was just double crochet racteangle. The "collar" and sleeve edgings were the ruffle pattern from the original schematics. I just added a chain stitch tie to the front.
