Gifties for the new arrival!!!

Phew!!!

With my neighbor's baby due in 9 days, I was rushing to finish the 2 sets I had planned for him and his blanket. Done, wrapped and walked next door, the gifties are now awaiting the arrival of little Aidan.

 

With Cotton Tots I made him a sweater for the cool nights here in New England and a matching hat & booties.

With Bernat Coordinates, I made him a hat and booties.

I love the blue set too....I planned on a halter for my daughter but the sweater set for the baby screamed at me "use the cottontots".....so, off to buy more cottontots for Em's halter.

 

It was my first time making anything for a baby in crochet but I was pleased with the results!!
