You might want to update the 1st post with the new links. I almost gave up on being able to see it. I'm glad I scrolled thru.

You should have no problems printing. The text fits an 8 by 11 paper. I would not be able to make it bigger.

I copied the doc and put it in Word and then dragged the corner to make it larger and could read it.
