Question about my yarn colors

I started to work on this wavy ripple afghan. I think I like how it is looking.

But I thought I would post a picture here to see what you all think. Take a look and let me know what you think.

This is gorgeous! I love how the variegated yarn ties in with the solid color. Great choices.

I'm not a fan of varigated yarns. That's not to say I haven't or won't use them. Having said that, I love the blue. I like how the varigated looks like it has the same blue in it making it go together.

Bottom line is you are the one working on it and have to live with it while doing so. If you like it, that's really all that matters.

i know exactly how your feel! i picked up some pretty varigated yarn and found colors that i thought went perfectly with it. started my rr and get a few rows in and hated it - but i kept plugging along and now its almost finished and i am loving it. (although part of me is still kinda reserved about it) so that being said i think the colors blend together nicely - keep going it will start to come together the more you do -

I think that your colors are perfect. I constantly second guess my color choices. I have been known to approach total strangers in the yarn dept. and ask for their advice.
