A Pokey Little Turtle

I made this guy from this pattern at RoxyCraft using various cone chenilles from eBay. He was quick to stitch up and turned out so cute!!

I am not into crocheted animals but these little critters are just to cute... I like the turtle and also saw a bird that was cute.

 

Hmm might just have to try a few here.. good way to use some left over yarn..

Ruffle around the bottom of the shell would be cute for a little lady turtle ..
