Hi all! I'm new, just found this forum today, so thought I'd say hi. I've been crocheting for a little over a year now, and love it. I can't sit still, have to keep my hands busy, so I make blankets and scarves and whatever else I'm in the mood for while sitting and watching TV at night. I find it very relaxing. Anyway, that's about it.

Hi...I used to live in Elizabeth..oh my 2 decades ago! My son was born at St. Elizabeths and he's 21 now. Down here in NC now fighting hurricanes instead of traffic..but no yarn stores for miles and miles.

St. Elizabeth's is now the Trinitas Psychiatric hospital, over on East Jersey Street. I'm on the other side of 1&9 from it. It must have been a beautiful city when you lived here, I can see it in the architecture of the old buildings on Broad Street. I've only been here 18 months or so.
