Unfringed Shawl

I just finished this shawl this afternoon. I used Rainbow boucle. Thanks to vicki for all of her wonderful shawls using this yarn......it inspired me to finally make one as well. I got the pattern from here but worked only 24 rows. Decided against the fringe as I plan to wear it with jeans.

Yes! It was kinda awkward to work with it at first as I couldn't see the stitches but you'll get used to it after awhile. It's so soft! Love it! I used J hook for it.

Yes.....I couldn't agree more! Thanks to Fiona for the yarn. If it wasn't for Crochetville and good friends, I never would've known yarns like this and never would've tried it.

Jackie the shawl is beautiful, I probably would never had made it by looking at the pattern picture..........Sals did the same thing and took a chance on a pattern from that site and it also turned out beautifully.

I really should take another look over there There may be more hidden treasures there.
