Good morning and thanks for all the hugs!

 

I'm bummed about a location move at work in June that will not be a good location. I'm trying to pull up my big girl panties and get over it but going from an office to sharing a dirty trailer, well doesn't sound like fun to me. I just need to process and then get over it.

 

As promised I took a picture of my bag. Used cotton, did a drawstring and did a picot edging at the top. And one simple row of beads. I really like it!

 

Also been working on baby dresses in assorted cottons. Here they are. One I did the picot edging at the bottom, I think it really adds to it.

 

I plan on getting some work done at the house, packing some things and throwing away some things. Guess I better start working on the move!

We must have been posting at the same time this morning! I totally missed this! Love your bag and the dresses are adorable! I really want to figure out work with beads. They can add so much to a pattern! The picots edging on the dress is pretty too!

I'd be bummed about the move too. Maybe it won't be as bad as you think though. Can you decorate it to your liking? Maybe you'll have more privacy than your office now.

I worked on the baby RR, the baby large granny and I felt like I needed to have some instant gratification so I started a washcloth for Ryan with I Love this Cotton.

 

Ann- The Bruins won their game today- it was a good one- and they return to Boston Wed night for game 7! They win- they proceed to round 2 in the playoffs, Lose, they go home!

I will be watching Harry's Law tonight!!! Originally I was going to watch the Yankee/Red Sox game, but thanks to the rain, it's cancelled!

 

Sue- Hope "Bird Day" went smoothly and you are now relaxing!!!!

I am doing it in a cream colored cotton with espresso brown accent and lining then Ithink i may use bamboo handles but not sure on the handles

Went to see if I could get my phone fixed but they said I could upgrade or take it somewhere else to get repaired (way across town), so I ending up getting a new phone--got an iphone and so far I love it. Have spent a lot of time setting up everything. Youngest DD met us while I was getting the phone and when we were done, she took us to lunch, and then we went looking a Nooks. She bought me a Nook Color for Mother's Day (early) and a late B-day present. So, I'm also trying to get that set up as well. I guess I should be set for all the latest gadgets .

 

Well, I'm ready to go to bed--my brain is tired from all the new stuff I'm learning to do. Hope you all have a great night and a great week!

ugh I\v seriously needed to see a dentist for a year now I lost a filling and most of the tooth so can't chew on my right side or it gets compacted with what ever i eat even gum ugh must find a dentist:(

 

Ann- We finally got some rain- not a lot- but it DID rain (and it's not the weekend)---although they are predicting rain on the weekend. Part of me doesn't mind- because if it does, I'll be forced to stay inside and which isn't a bad thing at all.

oh no! you fell for the iphone craze lol no worries i did too for a few months then I found something much better IMO since the iphone doesn't let you have adobe at all or quickoffice for free I switched to the HTC Incredible S after my iphone 3gs and instead of having to lug my laptop anywhere to read patterns and books whether they be pdf or word docs I just put them on my Incredible and take them with me wherever i go I so love my phone! I am known for usually getting a new phone every year(phone Junkie!!) or more and this one I am so happy with when I look for a new one nothing is bertter than what I have

I'm still chillin with my hook and coffee till its time to get ready to go to my meeting. I am very anxious about the whole thing and trying to keep a level head and not let my emotions flow crazy like they usually do(mental health issue i have that causes extreme feelings and emotions). I want to just vent the whole situation but I am holding back for now.

 

ok so i'm about half way through the rounds of my Chunky Chic Hobo bag and look forward to finishing it I'll pic up some material this week to line it and my Spring moss totebag:hook

Hi all! I worked on my blanket some last night and started another dishcloth. Slow, but sure, I'm going to get all those cloths done for my friend! I'm having a really hard time concentrating though because I REALLY want to make a bag! It's been awhile and I think I need to get it out of my system! Now what shall it be I only have about a billion patterns copied!

Oooohhhh, fancy gadgets! Nice! I have a really old phone, but it gets me by. Of course, it doesn't do much of anything, lol! One of these days I'll upgrade. I'd love a Nook, but that's down the road too. Our biggest splurge was getting cordless phones this past week!
