Black and White Purse

I'll show one photo here, on my blog I have 4 photos(direct link to post: http://debbia1.blogspot.com/2009/10/black-and-white-purse.html )which show the lining better and stitch.

 

PATTERN: I used a pattern from the Big Book of Dishclothes. Since I finished this last month (but not the lining) I misplaced the book, so I can't remember which one it was:blush. Sorry.

YARN: Red heart Super Saver WW.

HOOK: I think size H (again, I finished the crocheting last month so I don't remember, could have been a G hook).

LINING: White cotton fabric. I was able to fold it to make 3 pockets, one fits my Netbook perfectly.

 

I made a cell phone holder and keyfob (those are important to be able to find).

 

The strap I made extra sturdy. I did 2 rows of sc in black and then did a chain in white. I weaved in the white through the sc.

I think it looks very pretty.
