the dog days of summer... scarf

I made this scarf as my August entry in our 12 scarves CAL. It is just plain fun to look at. It is 96 inches long from snout to tail.

 

 

 

 

I used Bernat Super Value and a 6.5mm hook then a 6.mm hook for the finishing details. I started out taking notes as I went along but I can't remember if I saw something like this on the net and would not want to infringe.

 

Enjoy... we sure can use a laugh in this heat even if we don't want to get anywhere near a scarf.
